We’re stoked to have you on the wave early- before our boards hit the shore.  When you place a pre-order with Guppii Surf, you’re securing your spot to be one of the first to receive our mini surfboards when they officially launch. Please read the following so you know exactly how your order flows.

Here’s the low-down:

1. How Pre-Orders Work

• A pre-order means the product is not yet in stock but is reserved for you in our first production run. This helps us plan manufacturing and ensure you get your board as soon as possible. 

• ​Pre-orders are paid reservations for upcoming Guppii Surf products.

• Your payment secures your spot in the wave line-up for one of our limited-run products— first come, first served.

2.  Payments 

• Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your board. Your payment guarantees your spot in the production lineup.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• We kick production into gear once we hit our minimum order goal.  We won’t ship until manufacturing is complete.

• Our current goal is to ship within 12 months from the time you place your order. (subject to change if the tide shifts).

• This is an estimate and timelines may vary due to production, shipping, or supply chain factors (surfing through the real world sometimes means delays)

• We will always list an estimated ship date on the product page

• We’ll keep you updated with progress reports and expected timelines.

4.  Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel within 30 days of placing your pre-order for a full refund. After that, cancellations may not be possible once production begins. 

• Once production starts, cancellations are no longer guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to help if possible.

• If for any reason we can’t fulfill your order, you’ll receive a full refund.

5.  Shipping & Delivery

• You’ll receive tracking information once your board is ready to ship.

• Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

• We ship to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details.

• Guppii Surf LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

6. Changes to Orders

• If you need to change your shipping address or other details, contact us as soon as possible at [your email here].

7. Surf-SafeUse

• Our mini boards are made for fun, but use them responsibly — creeks, rivers, and streams are fair game. 

• ​Our products are designed for recreational use in appropriate water environments. Customers assume all risks associated with use. Guppii Surf LLC is not liable for injury, accidents, property damage, or other losses resulting from misuse.

8. Updates

• We’ll send you updates by email with Production milestones, stoke-filled sneak peeks, any important changes to your oder timeline, when we’re shipping, and when your Guppii is on its way to you.
